Cost Savings & Insurance Reduction

How On-Site Industrial Athletic Trainers Strengthen Your Bottom Line

Workplace injuries cost more than just downtime — they impact morale, productivity, and insurance premiums.

By integrating certified industrial athletic trainers directly into your operations, companies like yours can proactively reduce these costs and keep employees at their best.

  • Early intervention prevents minor injuries from becoming costly claims.

  • Faster return-to-work programs minimize lost time and productivity gaps.

  • Streamlined care coordination helps lower both direct and indirect medical costs.

Through OSHA’s Safety Pays estimator, employers can quantify the financial impact of injuries on their bottom line — and the potential savings of reducing claim frequency and severity through on-site athletic training.
